How will I know if my test booking is confirmed?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email ID.
When can you arrange for a sample collection after I book my tests?
Thyrocare offers an advanced booking system where you can choose a convenient time slot while scheduling your test.
If you book 24 to 48 hours in advance, available appointment slots will be shown and scheduled accordingly.
For bookings beyond 48 hours, your appointment details will be confirmed a day prior via WhatsApp, SMS and email.
You will also receive the details of the phlebotomist assigned for your sample collection. The phlebotomist will call to reconfirm the appointment, which is a mandatory step. Alternatively, you can contact the service provider using the details shared in your confirmation message.
Please note that appointments are subject to technician availability, and Thyrocare reserves the right to reschedule the technician, date, or time slot if required.
Is a doctor’s prescription needed to avail the testing service?
For certain tests, a doctor’s prescription is required, while for others it may not be necessary. This will be clearly highlighted at the time of booking, so you can easily check whether a prescription is needed.
Can I book tests for multiple beneficiaries in a single booking?
Absolutely, you can book tests for multiple family members or dependents in a single booking using the same account.
